My New Nephew
Kwame (pronounced KWAH-may) Frederick Matingou. Isn't he a cutie? He looks a little worried in this picture, but I think it's because he's not sure when we'll ever get to see him. If he wasn't so far away, I might actually get to hold him before he's driving a car! Anyway, congrats to the new mom and dad!

OH yay!! Thanks for letting the world know...this really shakes the lurker out of her corner to brave a comment! He is a cutie and I love his name. I think there is more of a chance you'll see him before he's driving than we will...boo hoo. I do love your blog btw and have found many a tear rolling down my cheek reading about your mom experience. There is really something in us that resembles the mama bear when something threatens her cubs. There are everywhere. Even in a neutral country. I love your tender heart.

what a cutie-pa-tootie, my goodness, I do think he is in deep thought in that pic! Perhaps I will see him before you. After all, I am only 4+ hours away...hmmm..better yet, you all can meet here half way and we can all enjoy him for a weekend.
