I'd say this is a perfect example of our justice system gone horribly wrong. A child molester walks free, while the "dangerous" lawnmower-shooting drunk guy languishes in jail. Yeah, that makes sense. ::eye roll::

He's not actually in jail, I don't think....he's just been charged. I doubt he's in custody while he waits for his trial or cuts a deal. But yeah, the point is made. And wow, I didn't know you couldn't shoot your own mower. I bet you can in Texas.

ha! I bet you can too. I bet in Texas you can shoot someone ELSE's mower if it's bugging you. Or someone else period. Ha.

Speaking of shooting items. My mom and dad's neighbor shot the old vaccuum for his wife with a Magnum (big boom sound at 10 PM @ night) because she got a new one. Hmmm...
