A Snippet From The Elderly

My 8-yr-old just came in and asked me if I would read him the story Go Dog Go (he still likes for me to read to him, which is one of my favorite things of all). He says to me: "I used to really love that book when I was a kid."

You caused me a large chuckle - I like to read to my 'ancient' 'grand ones' as well. ec

I don't know very many people who have his combination of charm and unlimited self-confidence. :-)

i love posts about your son! he's so funny and (as bryan says, charming & self-confident)! my nephew, tho similar, is not always so charming (he CAN be when he wants; he has really long, thick eyelashes and he knows how to use them! they're the envy of all the females!)

That’s great. I always loved to be read to as a kid. Only one of my aunts ever had the time. I bless her for my life-long love of books.
