Another Year Bites The Dust
Another year passes me by and I can't say I have a whole lot to show for it! Except for an extra 20 pounds and a few less brain cells. Next year is the big 4-0 and so I've got to get my buns in gear this year. I don't want to wake up one year from now, be 40 and be wondering how come I haven't accomplished any of the things I thought I would have by then and be hating the body I'm lugging around. So I better get crackin'. Wish me luck!

OK, I have one thing to say for sure. I bet the people reading this are thinking, "Wow, she must be getting chunky." If they haven't seen you, that is. I am hereby announcing that you look great (and I'm not just saying that because I weigh a lot more than you) and very fit. You are strong, toned, and you look good. It's OK to have goals but not OK to not like yourself as you are, especially when YOU look like you do. End of lecture.

anya! lecture archived (not as in "will gather dust and never be taken out to see the light of day" but as in "registered". You are right about liking ourselves as we are, even with other goals in mind. Purpose to work on that this year too. The list is getting rather long...
