There's More Where That Came From

Heatherfeather left her own list of Things To Be Happy About in the comments section. It was quite excellent. I don't even mind that it leaves mine in the dust. Henceforth, anyone who visits, please leave your Things To Be Happy About for all of us to enjoy.

one of my clients (in his early 50s) got on a bike recently after a break of a couple decades.
he sheepishly reported to me that for him it turned out NOT to be "like riding a bike..."

hah. I always wondered about that. What could there be to forget, though? Unless your center of gravity, of balance, had shifted. But I'm unbalanced and I can ride a bike, so that must not be it.

It was serendipitous...the procuring of the coupon, that is. A stranger walked up and said "Would you like a coupon?". It was a nice surprise. H.F. Congrats on not flunking out! Woot!

-Having a kleenex within 2 inches of my son's nose when he shoots a snot rocket out of his nose.
-Snuggling with him, especially when he's sick, makes me feel like I can help him feel better.
-GOOD coffee to make espresso with.
-Finding just the right spot in bed and falling asleep immediately.
-Sleeping all night through and being surprised when it's morning.
(I'm lacking for sleep right now, hence the dreaming about it's glory)
-Finding the bottom of the laundry hamper.
